Why we exist

Most leaders think their marketing problem is talent, budget, or strategy. But often the real problem sits underneath all three: time.


Good marketers spend their days writing drafts, getting approvals, and proving with data that a decision was right, not on the thinking that actually grows the business.

As a company grows, this only gets worse. More campaigns, more channels, more approvals, more data to justify each decision. The usual answer is to add more: another tool, another agency, another hire. But each one adds its own coordination work, so the task list grows faster than the team can handle.


We believe AI can fix this, but only if it is built into how the team actually works, not added as one more tool to manage.


So that is what we do.

"I believe marketing is going through the biggest change since the 1950s and 60s.

That was the first golden age. When the industry figured out branding, storytelling, consumer psychology. When marketing became a serious discipline.

Then it drifted. More execution than thinking. Short-term results over building something that lasts. The creative and strategic work got squeezed out by the operational.

What's happening now is a correction.

AI can take the repetitive, low-value work off the table. Not to replace marketers, but to free them. To give back time for what actually matters: creativity, strategy, original thinking.

Most companies aren't getting there yet. Not because the technology isn't ready. Because the systems around it aren't.

How do I know? More than twenty years inside marketing. Agency side and corporate side, across four countries.

I believed AI would transform marketing long before it became a boardroom topic. A decade ago I started an AI-driven conversational marketing agency. That's where I learnt that AI produces great work when it has the right context, judgment and workflow. That's the hard part. And that's what most people skip.

I started Orkestra Consulting not to sell AI tools. To help companies do the hard part right."
